Joe Neil Clayton, Elder and Preaching Evangelist has preached the Gospel of the New Testament for over 60 years. He began work with the Loma Rica congregation in 2000, having previously worked in California, Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alabama. He lives with his wife of 58 years Selma in Loma Rica.

Terry Clayton, Elder and fill-in Evangelist has been with the Loma Rica congregation since its inception in 1992. He helped in the design and construction of the building we worship in today. He is a retired insurance agent due to heart disability and is able to spend his time working for the congregation as much as his body will allow. He lives with his wife Donna. They have been married for 36 years.
